Breakfast of Champions
- 1 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 3/4 oz Kumquat Cordial
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Heavy Cream
- 1/2 oz Egg Whites
- Club Soda to top
For Kumquat Cordial: 1 Cup Sugar, 1/2 cup Kumquats, 2 oz Water, 2 Table spoons Lime Juice. Pulse in food processor, steep 24 hours, strain and reserve for one week.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake, add ice and shake again. Strain into an ice filled highball glass, top with soda and stir.
Garnish with candied bacon & an orange twist.
