Carta Coffeetini

  • 1 oz Ginny's Gin
  • 1oz Carta Coffee Cold Brew
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup or less to taste
  • 2 Drops saline solution

Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass.

To make cold brew:

Combine 100g freshly ground Carta Coffee & 700ml water in a jar, place in the refrigerator & let steep overnight. Strain the coffee grounds through a sieve, then strain again through a coffee filter. This makes a 50% concentrate, so add water 1:1 when using. Keep refrigerated.

How to make saline:

Shake 20g of salt & 100ml water in a closed container until salt is dissolved. Keep saline solution in a dropper vial until needed.
