Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz St Germain
- California Sparkling Wine
- 1 sugar cube
Mix it up
Lemon peel for garnish
(Pour first 3 ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain into a champagne flute, fill with sparkling wine, drop the sugar cube in the bottom and garnish with lemon peel.
