Ginny's & Gloria French 75
- 2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1/4 oz Alley 6 Spiced Peach Liquur
- 2 drops Monarch Bitters Honey Aromatic Bitters
Mix it up
Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute and top with Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut sparkling wine.
Garnish with a lemon peel.
