Ginny's & Gloria French 75


  • 2 oz Ginny’s Gin
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/4 oz Alley 6 Spiced Peach Liquur
  • 2 drops Monarch Bitters Honey Aromatic Bitters
Mix it up 

Shake with ice and strain into a champagne flute and top with Gloria Ferrer Sonoma Brut sparkling wine.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
