Gin-Cognito

Ingredients

• 2 oz Ginny’s Gin
• 3/4 oz passion fruit puree
• 1/2 oz lime juice
• 3 or 4 mint springs

Mix it up

Splash of Fever Tree ginger beer
Lime wheel and mint sprig for garnish

Vigorously shake first four ingredients with ice, pour into a collins glass and top with a splash of ginger beer. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
