Ginny’s Cup
Ingredients- 2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 oz Averna Amaro
- 1/2 oz Chartreuse Jaune (yellow)
- 1/2 oz shrub, Cucumber sliced lengthways for garnish
Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in a shaker, add ice, shake and pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Add a splash of ginger beer to finish and garnish with a cucumber slice.
