- 2 oz Milk-Washed Carta Coffee-Infused Ginny's Gin
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 Drops Saline
Shake all ingredients with ice & strain into a chilled martini glass.
To make the milk washed coffee-infused gin: Grind coffee in a spice grinder and combine with 500 mls of gin in an ISI whipper. Charge with one charger, shake and then add an additional charger. Shake for another 30 seconds and vent. Right away pour through a fine mesh filter into a coffee filter. Then pour 100 mls of water through the coffee grounds. Add 250 mls more gin to the coffee-infused gin. Finally add 1/2 oz of lemon juice to the mixture and then add it to a jar containing 185 mls of milk and curds will form right away. Wait 10 minutes, then stir gently and refrigerate overnight while it settles. Filter through a cloth strainer bag or a fine filter, then a coffee filter for a smooth, clarified milk-washed, Carta coffee-infused Ginny's Gin.
