KSGT Love Limes

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
• 3/4 oz Kaffir lime elixir
• 1/4 oz lime juice
• Splash of soda water added at time of mixing drink

Mix it up

Finger limes & Kaffir lime leaf for garnish

(For Kaffir lime elixir: Boil 2 tsp cinchona bark in 1 quart of boiling water for 2 mins, then add 15 kaffir lime leaves and drop to a simmer for 18 mins. Strain through a coffee filter. Add 1 cup of sugar, or to taste, and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate)

Pour ingredients into a rocks glass filled with ice, stir and add finger lime pearls (also known as citrus caviar). When stirred it looks like a snow globe!
