Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 3/4 oz lemongrass infused simple syrup
- 3 drops Lemoncello
- 5 thai basil leaves
- 1 slice cucumber
- Cucumber sliced lengthways for garnish
Mix it up
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass & muddle the basil & cucumber. Add ice & shake or stir, strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes & add a splash of club soda to finish. Garnish with cucumber sliced lengthways.
