Gin Mule

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 2 oz Ginny’s Gin
  • 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 2 oz ginger beer to top
  • Mint sprig to garnish

Mix it up

Muddle mint leaves, simple syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker. Add gin and fill with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled Moscow Mule Mug. Garnish with mint sprig.
