Ginny’s French 75
- 1 1/2 oz Ginny’s Gin
- 3/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Dry Champagne or Sparkling wine
- Lemon twist for garnish
Shake all ingredients except champagne with ice, then strain into a champagne flute. Top with champagne & garnish with a lemon twist.
