- 1 1/2 oz Turmeric-infused Ginny’s Gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz simple syrup 2:1
- 1/4 oz egg white
Mix it up
No garnish necessary
(For infusion: Using gloves cut freshly peeled turmeric into coin size pieces & soak in Ginny’s Gin along with star anise & cinnamon for 2 weeks)
Dry shake all ingredients in a shaker until emulsified, quickly add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass.
